I got the Five 60-Minute package and it was very worth it. Dave explains his approach to training you with certain targets in mind that work WITH your body. He doesn't just run you into the ground mindlessly. Instead, he gives challenging and mindful advice that suits you and that you can continue to build on. His encouragement is there every time and feels genuine. I was lucky to find him and will continue to train with him.
I think that the package of five is worthwhile for a supportive jump-start, for helpful information for your continued fitness approach, and for an overall good foundation to start with, particularly if you have been a bit sedentary the past couple of years like me. The first of the 5 sessions will be in the gym and the following 4 will be at the park in North Hollywood not far from the gym locations.

Will not lie. Like many of you, I tried a few options to find a fitness trainer. None came close to trainer David. The personalized attention combined with a detailed exercise plan is what put him way over the other trainers. I'd been putting away my health for a long time but with David's attitude of pushing me to my limits (albeit via Zoom :-) I'm confident of reaching my goals soon. Flexible, Funny, and willing to teach at your own pace. Be ready to learn so much more about how the body burns fat and builds muscle that's not explained on many websites.
